The European Alliance for Cardiovascular Health (EACH) is hosting the EACH Cardiovascular Health Summit in Brussels on December 10-11, 2025, with the European Society of Cardiology providing the Secretariat. The summit will bring together health professionals and policymakers to discuss the latest advancements in cardiovascular health, prevention strategies, and EU health policies.

Day 1: Shaping the Future of Cardiovascular Health
The event will begin with the introduction of the EU Cardiovascular Health Plan, a strategic initiative aimed at reducing premature cardiovascular disease (CVD) deaths by one-third by 2030. The day will also feature discussions by EU Parliament representatives on current cardiovascular health policies, along with a series of "Science-Snippets" covering key topics like the intersection of cardiovascular health and mental well-being, as well as environmental factors influencing CVD risk. A High-Level Panel will address health disparities, focusing on ensuring equitable access to care across Europe. Additionally, Denmark’s successful cardiovascular health model will be highlighted.

Day 2: Advancing Science, Innovation, and Policy
The second day will explore cutting-edge research, technological innovations, and patient experiences in cardiovascular care. A session dedicated to science and innovation will examine the latest breakthroughs in CVD prevention and treatment. Patients will also have the opportunity to share personal stories in the "Patient Voices in Action" session, offering valuable insights into how these experiences can shape future policies. A special session will address gender disparities in cardiovascular health, and experts will examine the intersection of CVD and cancer, focusing on shared risk factors and treatment strategies. The summit will close with a Key Takeaways Panel, emphasizing the importance of investing in cardiovascular health to enhance both health outcomes and global competitiveness.
